Executive Leadership Crittenden County (Adult Leadership)

Executive Leadership Crittenden County (ELCC) is a premier professional development and community leadership program designed to cultivate informed, connected, and engaged leaders dedicated to the continued growth and future of Crittenden County and the surrounding region.

Through immersive experiences, collaborative dialogue, and direct engagement with influential leaders across business, education, government, and community sectors, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges shaping our region. At the same time, they will strengthen their personal and professional leadership capacity.

This program is ideal for both emerging and established leaders representing business, industry, education, government, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurship, and grassroots community initiatives.

Crittenden Rising Leaders Collective (Junior Leadership)

Crittenden Rising Leaders Collective (CRLC) is a premier youth leadership development program designed to identify, equip, and inspire the next generation of leaders across Crittenden County.

Through hands-on learning experiences, leadership development activities, community engagement, career exploration, and direct interaction with local leaders and professionals, participants will gain the skills, confidence, and connections necessary to lead effectively in their schools, organizations, and communities.

The program is designed for motivated high school students entering the 10th and 11th grades who demonstrate leadership potential, a desire to serve others, and an interest in making a positive impact throughout Crittenden County.
